5 best-dressed actresses at the Star Screen Awards

Here is the list of actresses who rocked at the Star Screen Awards!

With the year folding up soon, the award season is back in full swing too. The recently concluded Star Screen Awards 2016 saw the glitterati in many a gorgeous creation. While some actresses failed to hit it out of the park, there were a few who sizzled on the red carpet. We take a look at five such kickass looks from the gala night…read on:

Sonam Kapoor:

Trust her to go unconventional…and she doesn’t disappoint. In a fetching Stéphane Rolland couture, the actress looked like a million bucks. Even though we have a minor gripe about her eye make-up, it definitely wasn’t a deal breaker. The long-sleeved gown looked smashing on her frame, while the sexy cut and ample volume added enough drama to the outing. Love. Love. Love.

Deepika Padukone:

In a custom Gauri and Nainika creation, Deepika kept it simple and striking at the awards. Considering the busy gown, we are so glad that she kept it rather simple in the accessory and make-up departments. Well, that’s how you roll. Also, major points for the winged-liner.

Sonal Chauhan:

She might be missing from the big screens, but that didn’t stop the actress from making a strong statement at the awards. In a sober chiffon gown, Sonal looked ethereal on the red carpet. Since there was drama overdose on the carpet, we kind of liked this simple outing. Surprisingly, we weren’t looking for any colour on her, loved the gown as it is.

Sonali Bendre:

The wine-red gown that she sported at the gala was stunning, even though it reeked of a matchy-matchy feel. But thanks to her killer figure and sensational face, she worked every inch of it. What can we say? Watch out for Sonali, ladies!

Kriti Sanon:

Bold is the word for this look. Despite the material of the gown looking a tad tacky, Kriti salvaged it with her 10-on-10 frame and minimum-accessory fix. Moreover, her sleek hairdo grabbed all the eyeballs.
