MUMBAI: The pandemic of convid-19 has got everyone quarantine including common folks, celebrities the top notch businessmen too! However, if there is one section who is silently suffering from the quarantine is the fitness fanatics. The world came shattering down when it was declared the gyms will also be shut down among the many places. 

The world of social media may showcase of people are indulging into various recreational activities. Along with that, we also have these fanatics cleaning their homes which not only maintains hygiene but also keeps them fit with sweeping, swabbing, washing the dishes, so on and so forth. Celebrities, for whom, staying fit comes as a necessary mandate as much as their beauty, are indulging in these activities so they do not put on weight while sitting at home. They are not only engaging into these activities but are also working out with the equipment available at home and there are many among the lot who are practicing functional training. 

We take cues from some of our television celebrities to keep ourselves in the best of shape while at home!

Whether or not your have a  treadmill or a spinning cycle, its time your get into the mood for cardio. While Divyanka takes to the treadmill, you can dance your heart out on your favourite music or just do jumping jacks, spotting jogging and a small brisk walk right inside your house!
