Singer Neha Kakkar has millions of fans who totally adore her. The Aankh Marey singer is single this Valentine's Day after her infamous break-up with actor Himansh Kohli. However, it seems her Valentine's Day is made! The actress who was in Delhi last night for a musical gig, was surprised by an admirer. The guy was a fan who went down on his knees to surprise the lady and offered a bouquet along with a hamper. The man went down and said, "You are the most adorable girl I have met. Thank you so much for your voice.” He also presented her a card.
