MUMBAI: Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan are one of the most popular and hottest couples in Bollywood industry. The stylish couple sets major relationship goals for their fans and followers. 

In fact, their love story is one of the most romantic tales in Bollywood. The two worked together in a film titled Tashan back in 2008 which also starred Akshay Kumar and Anil Kapoor. Sparks flew between Bebo and Saif on the sets and love blossomed. However, Kareena and Saif managed to keep their relationship and feelings a secret from the world until much later. Often fans wonder who was the first person to know that Kareena was in love with Saif and this time, Bebo answered it quite openly. 

At the HT Summit in New Delhi, Kareena and Akshay graced the event and spoke candidly about working with each other. While doing so, Kareena was prodded about her experience of working with Akshay and reuniting with him on the big screen in Good Newwz. As she went on to speak about her chemistry with Akshay, Kareena revealed that it was Akshay who was the first person to know that she had feelings for Saif. Not just this, Kareena even mentioned that Akshay kept it a secret and was a good friend to her. 

Kareena said, “We had last worked together in Tashan.” Akshay interrupted and said, “Yes, everything started back then only.”(hinting at Saif and Kareena’s romance) Kareena then said, “Actually, that’s the truth. Akshay was the first person to know that I was in love with Saif. He did a good job of keeping the secret. He is a good friend.” Akshay then laughed and added, “It was because Saif’s room was next to my room.” 

Speaking about the film, Good Newwz is based on the subject of IVF and also stars Diljit Dosanjh, Kiara Advani. Directed by Raj Mehta, Good Newwz is slated to hit the screens on 27 December 2019.
