It was earlier going to wrap up in December 2021 but then got an extension. However, we now hear that the show's time slot has been changed. The show is currently slated for the 6 PM time slot. But owing to the low ratings, it has been shifted to a late-night slot of 11:30 PM. The show also took a 10-year leap and the new leads featured Lakshay Khurana and Simran Tomar.

The show had been struggling with TRP ratings, the channel thus decided to pull the plug of Chikoo. And it is confirmed that the show is all set to wrap up.
