Three biggies of the television industry are sharing their birthdays today. They are the chocolate boy next door, Karan Hukku, who played a pivotal role in Kasam Se, Shakti Singh, currently seen in Sapney Suhane Ladakpan Ke on Zee TV and lastly Naveen Saini, who was last seen in Bidaai on Star Plus.

Cinevistaas’ <a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/tera-mujhse-hai-pehle-ka-nata-koi-under-scanner>Tera Mujhse Hai Pehle Ka Naata Koi</a> is shutting shop on February 10 but the episode is going to be an action-filled one. For starters, a major showdown between Rohan and Arjun has been planned where the truth will be revealed to the audiences.

After <a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/cinevistaas-next-called-tashi>Kunal Verma</a> being confirmed as the lead of the new Cinevistaas’ show, Janvi Chheda (of <em>Choona Hai Aasman</em>) will play the female lead. According to sources, “Janvi will play a smart, intelligent and a very down to earth girl and Kunal will play her best friend. <a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/vikram-anuj-out-cinevistaas-next>Karan Hukku</a> too is one of the leads.”

The latest buzz is <a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/kunal/kunal-verma-almost-lost-his-life-day-his-birthday>Kunal Verma</a>, last seen in <a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/double-shocker-balaji-tujh-sang-and-kis-desh-get-boot>Tujh Sang Preet Lagayi Sajna</a> will soon figure in Cinevistaa’s new show, a love story-cum-thriller.

As we reported earlier that Cinevistaas is all set to make a thriller love story for Sony, the latest update on the show is that <a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/will-anuj-sachdev-turn-grey-cinevistaas-show>Anuj Sachdev</a> of <em><a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/anuj-sachdev-says-ta-ta-bye-bye-bebo>Sabki Laadli Bebo</a></em> fame is not doing this show and instead an actor called Vikram will play this role.

Today, I got a call whereby I was invited for the New Talent Awards. The very mention of New Talent Awards resulted in a sense of nostalgia. After all, in its inaugural year (2008) I received the New Talent Award for the best actor. These awards are back again and though I can’t be nominated this time, but I’m still very looking forward to being there.

Currently there is lot of space for cameo roles in <em> Radhaa Ki Betiyaan Kuch Kar Dikhayengi</em>. After Mona Singh, it’s now hunk Karan Hukku who will be doing a cameo in the NDTV Imagine show. Talking about his short role, Karan says, “My character is called KD. He runs an advertising firm. Radhaa’s (Supriya Pilgaonkar) family is burdened with debts thus her daughter Ragini hunts for work. She comes to my agency for work but isn’t selected. However, she then bumps into KD who sees something in her and picks her for the job. Later on, Ragini develops a liking for KD.”

After doing soaps like <em> Kasamh Se </em> and <em> Kahe Na Kahe</em> Karan Hukku will now be seen in a horror episodic of<em> Shh..Phir Koi Hai</em> on Star One. This episode that will be aired on August 14 is an Independence Day episode. It also casts Neha Devi Singh who was seen in <em>Saarthi</em>.
