We had reported on the channel coming up with two new shows – Creative Eye’s Ganesh Leela and Anubhav Sinha’s untitled daily. The former is set go on air soon and thus the question begs which show will make its way for <em>Ganesh Leela</em>.

Sahara One has finally filled its vacant 11.00 pm slot with the launch of their new show <em> Kaisi Lagi Lagan </em>. Back in August, Tellychakkar had reported on this Cinevistaas produced show. This supernatural thriller goes on air from 13 October. It’s a love story which is twisted by destiny and turned by lives’ unexpected moves. A saga of a cursed marriage and whether it can be overpowered by the positive energy of love and faith.

Sahara One has been steadily climbing up from the bottom ranks and their position could be further strengthened with the addition of two news shows – <em> Pankh Hote Toh Ud Jaate</em> and <em> Joh Ishq Ki Marzi Woh Rab Ki Marzi</em>. Before these shows, Sahara will be launching Cinevistaas’ <em> Kaisi Lagi Lagan</em> in October. Sahara One Business Head Nilanjana Purkhayastha agreed to the new shows in the pipeline but refused to divulge any details regarding<em> Pankh.. and Joh Ishq</em>…

The buzz has it that Smriti Irani??€â„?s production house Ugraya will soon be launching a comedy show to be aired on Zee. If reports are to be believed then the venue of the shoot will be Sankraman Studio in Goregaon (E). The production house and the channel are in the process of finalizing the cast and naming the serial. When contacted Smriti said, ??€?“I speak about my upcoming shows only when the time is right. All that I can say now is that I am producing five shows out of which one is for Zee and some for Sahara.??€Â?

First, the axe has fallen on Aroona Irani's <em>Zameen Se Aasman Tak</em>. The lady has shot for about 170 episodes till date, but the channel has informed her that they do not wish to continue the serial beyond 150 episodes. What an abrupt end!
