Shweta Tiwari's daughter Palak declined Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa as wild card entrant

HThe buzz goes that apni Shweta Tiwari aka Prerna Bajaj of Kasauti Zindagi kay has got into a habit of always reporting late on the sets. A colleague on condition of anonymity says, " the day I have to shoot with Shweta, I purposely come in late. There's no point reporting early and I've to sit twiddling my thumb there."

The credit for the success of Kasauti Zindagi Kay definitely goes to its lead protagonist Shweta Tiwari aka Prerna. Not just Ekta Kapoor, but even viewers glued to the serial for four long years vouch for her on-screen histrionics and acting abilities.

Shweta Tiwari and her husband Raja Tiwari might look great together as a couple off-screen but as far as their on-screen chemistry is concerned, it isn't sizzling enough. The Nach Baliye 2 choreographers assigned for them have apparently rated the couple five on hundred for their poor on-screen chemistry. While Shweta is a fantastic dancer and has danced in a couple of music videos (remember her dancing in one of Daler Mehendi videos) her husband has never danced in his life and has to start right from scratch.

Shweta Tiwari and Geetanjali Tikekar are friends... Well, this is interesting news because it's the Kasautii set that we are talking about! Known more for their cat fights than their performance on screen the duo seem to have created a record of sorts! Last week they went out to see The mistress of Spices together at a suburban multiplex. Whether they liked the film or not we don't know, but what's interesting is that most of the Kasautii actors don't see eye to eye, but these two women seem to be singing a different tune altogether.

Everyone knows what Shweta Tiwari thinks of Cezanne Khan and vice versa. A little birdie from the sets of Kasautii Zindagi Kay tells us that Cezanne Khan has thrown been tantrums that he will give only fifteen days to Balaji for the show. He is said to have taken this step as the focus has shifted to the younger generation and Manoj Bohra in particular. Apparently he might be looking for other assignments soon. While Shweta Tiwari has conveyed to the production house that she is planning a vacation in America in the month of June.

Shweta Tiwari is balancing her family and work quite well. She is an actor, wife, daughter-in-law and above all a loving mother who has become a pet lover only for the sake of her daughter. Shweta Tiwari has two pomeranian dogs at home. “I took in dogs because my daughter Palak is very fond of pets. We have named the pomeranians Pixie and Sweetu and they have been with us for two years now,” says Shweta.
