Shatrughan Sinha is all set to launch his son Luv once again. The film to be directed by Umesh Shukla of <em>OMG: Oh My God! </em> Fame, will also have Luv’s real-life sister Sonakshi Sinha reprising the role of his reel sister.
It is said that after Luv’s debut film <em>Saadiyaan</em> nosedived, Shatrughan decided to make a film himself than let anyone else re-launch him. Now that the respectable theatre actor and director Umesh is on board, he is designing the re-launch film.”

Fresh from the success of his Paresh Rawal-Akshay Kumar starrer Oh My God! Umesh Shukla is all set to direct his next for T-Series head honcho Bhushan Kumar and producer Varun Bajaj.
Avers Kumar, “We are happy to announce Abhishek Bachchan as the lead of our ambitious next directed by Umesh Shukla. Last year has indeed been good for both; Abhishek with <em>Bol Bachchan</em> and Umesh with <em>OMG</em>!. My co-producers and I agreed that Abhishek fits the role. We didn’t even think of anyone else.”

Umesh Shukla, who displayed his mettle as a director with the Akshay Kumar and Paresh Rawal starrer Oh My God, I set to work on a comedy project with actor Abhishek Bachchan in the lead.
Elaborating on the same, the director averred, "I am doing a film with Abhishek. I have met and narrated him the story line in short. Having liked it, he showed his interest being a part of it. I am still working on my script and will meet him again once I am ready with a proper draft."

There is pressure now on Shukla to do a sequel to OMG right away. And the pressure comes from a very powerful corporate house pleading on a very significant reversal in religious ritualism precipitated by OMG.

After tasting success with his latest film Oh My God, director Umesh Shukla is likely to make a film on scams highlighting the management of money.
Avers Umesh, “I am happy with the response to OMG. Currently, I am working on two-three ideas of which one is about scams like in share market, the recent scams that have come out, world banking and management of money. It is about the economy of India and the involvement of influential people, government and others.”
