Let’s all welcome Jesus and make merry. Yes, people are celebrating Christmas with devotion and revelry. And to make matters more colourful, people are seen visiting the markets buying a variety of decorative items like candles, Christmas trees, sweets and cakes. Wanting to know the kind of mouth watering cakes they intend to have on this big day, we asked some television stars to share their favourite “sweet” delicacies. Excerpts: Kinshuk Mahajan: I love the rum cake which Divya (Mahajan) makes on Christmas. Apart from that, I love relishing the chocolate mousse cake from Theobroma. Siddharth Shukla: There is nothing special which I particularly love having apart from attending Christmas parties. If I have to name one, it would be the chocolate mousse cake that I like. Karan Mehra: My mom is a professional in making the special Christmas cakes filled with dry fruits. As a child I used to love eating that. However, I have missed it for quite some time but this year when she comes visiting me for New Year, I would ask her to make that particular cake for me. Karan Goddwani: Since I have a huge sweet tooth, I like eating either the Tiramisu cake or the Dutch Truffle. If both of these pastries are unavailable I go for a substitute favourite which is the Black Forest pastry. Sumit Vats: I like eating Pineapple cake. Nikita Sharma: As I have a fetish for chocolates, I love eating any form of chocolate. Sana Khan: I like eating the Red Velvet cake and Chocolate cake. Roopal Tyagi: There is nothing better than the Red Velvet cake. Toral Rasputra: I do not like having many sweets but the Red Velvet cake is something different that I really like having. Sargun Mehta: The only cake or pastry which I eat is Barista’s Chocolate Excess cake.
