Diwakar Pundir's eight year old marriage on the rocks

Yet another celeb couple find their long standing marriage in the doldrums. And though this is not anything new in a world of glitz and glamour it is indeed a sad thing that a relationship that was once beautiful may end. We are talking about Diwakar Pundir who was last seen in Santaan and his wife Anu who may go their separate ways. The couple is married for the past eight years and the problems started brewing between them a year and a half ago. The two had been keeping quiet about the tensions between them all this while but now they have confided to close friends that their marriage is over. Apparently, Diwakar is now heading for a divorce. Informs a source, “The duo has been married for the past eight years and has a four year old kid. Tensions cropped between the couple a year ago and Diwakar moved out of his marital home. They have kept quiet about the tension for a year but now things are out in the open and Diwakar is filing for a divorce.” Pundir confirmed that his marriage is going through turbulent times but refused to divulge the reason that has apparently resulted into the culmination. He said, “It’s too early to talk about my marriage. I really don’t wish to comment on it. Please give me sometime to talk about this. As of now I am trying to save my marriage.” To those uninitiated Anu is Smita Bansal’s sister-in-law. We do hope that the duo is back together.
