I have six but I want to have eight pack abs: Gurmeet Choudhary

Gurmeet Choudhary
Last seen in Zee TV’s Punar Vivah, jaw dropping hot, Gurmeet Choudhary, who can make any girl go gaga over his looks and smile, has impressed the masses with his razor sharp attitude and persona. And as far fitness is concerned, you just can’t take off your eyes of his muscular and lean body. So without much ado, let’s talk to the man about his fitness regime. Personal fitness mantra: I believe in 80% diet and 20 % workout. Personal diet mantra: I am very particular about my diet and follow a strict regime. I mostly have fruits and boiled vegetables and eat at an interval of every 2 to 3 hours before 8 pm. Exercise routine: Initially, I used to perform hard core exercises but now I work more on my arms and abs exercise. In a day I spend 45 minutes in a gym. Right now I have six but I desire to have eight pack abs. Are you a foodie? No, I am not a foodie at all. Are you a vegetarian or a non-vegetarian? I am a hardcore non-vegetarian. Favourite cuisine: Debina (his wife) and I both love eating Chinese food. Favourite dish: Sushi, it’s a Japanese dish. A must on my breakfast table: Fruit juice, four almonds, egg whites and brown bread. Sugar or sugar-free tea/coffee: I drink only green tea without sugar and would suggest people to consume green tea as it’s very good for health. It energizes and detoxifies your body. Lunch generally consists of: Boiled chicken, boiled vegetable and brown rice. Dinner generally consists of: It all depends on my mood but my dinner is something very light like salad and soup. Dessert delights: I hate desserts as I am not at all a sweet toothed person. One thing I can't resist: Nothing as such. My favourite drink (non-alcoholic): Diet coke, fresh lime soda and watermelon juice. My favourite drink (alcoholic): I don’t smoke or drink. At parties I have: I always have my food at home and then go for parties. Most unusual dish I've tasted: Once I had insects and squids at Bangkok which were tasteless. Experiment with food: Yes, I love to. On the streets, I love to have: Pani puri. Do you cook? I can’t cook. I can only boil eggs and prepare tea. Fitness tip: Include workout in your daily life routine. Eat healthy food if you want to but avoid eating sweets as much as possible.
