In a chat with Tellychakkar.com, this flirtatious actor shares some health tips for our Lifestyle section. Personal fitness mantra? If you don’t eat right, you never lose weight. My mantra is 80% correct diet and 20% rigorous workout. Personal diet mantra? Don’t starve. Eat everything but in right proportion Are you a foodie? Even though am lean, yes am a hard-core foodie. Exercise routine? I have a roadmap chalked out for my exercise routine. Most people just go haywire with irregular fitness routines. Mine is as follows: Mon: chest and triceps Tue: back and biceps Wed: cardio Thurs: legs and shoulders Fri: hardcore freehand and kickboxing Sat: biceps and triceps And I strongly believe that sex is the best exercise routine. Are you a vegetarian or a non-vegetarian? Non vegetarian. Favourite cuisine? Oriental. Favourite dish? Smoked fish. A must on your breakfast table? I eat healthy so I would say, figs and almonds. Sugar or sugar-free tea/coffee? Strong coffee with less sugar. Lunch generally consists of? Chapatis, vegetable, dal, chicken and salad. Dinner generally consists of? Soup, salad, vegetable with diet khakhra. Dessert delights? I prefer the Indian moong dal ka halwa. My favourite drink (non-alcoholic)? Virgin mojito. My favourite drink (alcoholic)? Long island. Most unusual dish I have tasted? Moussaka. It is a casserole made by layering eggplant with a spiced meat filling then topping it off with a creamy bechamel sauce that is baked to golden perfection. Experiment with food? Surely, I love tasting new cuisines and different flavours that tease my taste buds. On the streets, I love to have? Panipuri. Do you cook? Hahahahaha...no. Fitness tip? Eating right and everyday exercise along with few minutes of meditation. And do check the last line of my response to the exercise routine (laughs).
