Personal fitness mantra: Eat healthy, exercise regularly and stay fit. Personal diet mantra: I have my trainer who has given me a diet chart to follow. It is not that difficult; I just got to have high protein food and avoid oily food and sweets. Exercise routine: For the last 10 years, I have been following the same routine. I start with 20 minutes of cardio and later switch on to weightlifting. I do all this to have a lean body and not look like Hulk. Other than gym, I also indulge in sports. Are you a foodie? Given the fact that I have been brought up in Kolkata, you can imagine what kind of a foodie I must be. Are you a vegetarian or a non-vegetarian? I am a hardcore non-vegetarian. Favourite cuisine: Mughlai. Favourite dish: Chicken Biryani. A must on my breakfast table: Cornflakes and egg whites. Sugar or sugar-free tea/coffee: I have tea only once a day with normal sugar. Lunch generally consists of: It is a whole meal but with brown rice. Dinner generally consists of: Grilled or boiled chicken and vegetable. Dessert delights: Yogurt. One thing I can't resist: Mishti doi and mangoes. My favourite drink (non-alcoholic): Sugarcane juice. My favourite drink (alcoholic): Jack Daniel’s Whisky. At parties I have: Nothing particular. Most unusual dish I've tasted: Once Jay (Bhanushali) and I had gone on a cruise and there we tasted some unusual dish; later we came to know that it was octopus. Experiment with food: Yes, I like to experiment. On the streets, I love to have: All types of chaat. Do you cook? I can only cook Maggi; that’s it. Fitness tip: Take staircase other than using the lift. Break down your meal in four parts and have it in every two to three hours.
