MUMBAI: Actors Tinaa Datta and Mohit Malhotra are making a comeback on TV with &TV’s upcoming supernatural based show Daayan (as reported by us).

The project is produced by Balaji Telefilms and will feature actress Priya Bathija in the role of a daayan. In addition, Pavitra Punia and Urfi Javed will depict sisters, while Vicky Ahuja will play a pandit (Read here: Meri Durga actors Urfi Javed and Vicky Ahuja join &TV’s Daayan; launch date revealed).

Now, two more actors who have joined the cast are Neelu Dogra and Aakash Talwar of Kaisi Ye Yaariaan fame.

According to our sources, Neelu will depict lead actor Mohit’s mother and Aakash will be seen as Tinaa’s brother.

Aakash confirmed being part of the show, while we could not get through Neelu for a comment.

Daayan is slated to launch on 15 December. It will air biweekly from 9 to 10 PM.
