The grand old lady of Indian television Sudha Shivpuri (aka Baa of<em> Kyunki.. </em>fame) was injured after she fell down from her vanity van. This left the entire team worried and doctor was rushed in but the doughty granny completed her shot after taking a break.
Commenting on the nature of her injury, Sudha says, “It’s not a fracture. I tripped while entering my vanity van. There’s a crack on the thigh bone but doctors have advised me 7-8 days rest and I should be back in time.”

Ever since this incident occurred, Baa had been flooded with SMSes and phone calls wishing her a speedy recovery. “While this injury comes as a welcome break, I’ll miss the company of my unit members.”
