Bobby Bhonsle ventures in talent management

Actor-writer Bobby Bhonsle who has written shows like Kahiin Toh hoga, Kasamh Se , Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii , Kaavyanjali , Kaisa Ye Pyar Hai and acts in Karam Apna Apna as Machaan has now ventured into talent management. Earlier he ran an event management and casting agency. He is the face behind the casting of Aamna Shariff and Poonam Joshi for Kahiin Toh Hoga. Recently he got Karuna Pandey a role in Mera Sasural and now Sujata K returned to the small screen in Jiya Jale due to Bobby's efforts . Bobby says, "My talent management company is called Bobby Bhonsle Company and it is a one-stop entertainment shop. I sell content and concept for the shows to producers along with providing them with new talented faces. There is a dearth of fresh faces on TV and people end up watching the same face in 10 shows." The actor has recently launched two new faces on television namely Khushi and Shreya Soni. Informs Bobby, "Khushi has been shortlisted for Bid To Win and Shreya is going to play the lead role in Anjana Sood's untitled show." Will Bobby, who has recently fallen out with his mentor Ekta Kapoor, cast for her as well? "I have no issues casting for her or providing Balaji with content, as it is a part of my business. I still maintain that Ekta has made me but she is surrounded by people who misguide her. She trusts those who are not at all trustworthy," he says. So who wants to be the latest find of the B Company?
