CID team mistook for real one!

Recently the CID team was shooting in a mall at Shimla and the onlookers mistook them for real people and called the cops. Shivaji Satam who plays ACP Pradyuman in the show said, “People in Simla thought that we are real CID people. It was a scene where Daya and Vivek were chasing a thief (Satish Dubey) and as the cameras were not being seen, people thought some incident had happened and within no time someone from the crowd had called the cops. We had to tell the police then that we were shooting. Initially they couldn’t believe us as they couldn’t see the camera. Afterwards when they were completely convinced we all had a hearty laugh. Such incidents happen most of the time.” He added, “It was great fun shooting in Simla and prior to that we were shooting at Sholang Valley which is 13 kms north-west from Manali and is 9700 ft above sea level. We were chasing criminals on snow scooters and were digging for dead bodies in the snow. It was completely adventurous and something which actors would be scared to do but the CID team is good enough to take up all the challenges in their own unique way.”
