Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, and Dr. Love is again in demand!!

Yes, we are talking about the loved character that actor Pankit Thakker played in the cult show, Dill Mill Gayye.

Well, the actor’s fans have been piling up wishes for him on Facebook, especially because they want to celebrate Valentine’s Day in style. Also, this coincides with Pankit getting back to the TV screens with his Life OK show, Humari Bahu Rajni_kant. 

As we know, Pankit was bestowed with the title of ‘Love Hero’ by his fans, when Dill Mill Gayye was in full swing. 

When contacted, Pankit laughed out saying, “Yes, it is truly amazing how my fans call me Dr. Love even now. It’s a happy feeling to see my admirers posting their best wishes for me on Facebook. A girl from Bhopal in fact has made a special video for me, saying she is eagerly waiting to watch me in my new show. I found that very cute.”

When asked about his romantic side in real life, he said, “Caring for the person you love is romance for me. I am not as romantic as you see me onscreen. I am quite shy and boring in real life. I don’t interact with women too much; but if I interact I am very gentle towards them. I treat them with respect, which is why they like me doing romantic roles in my serials.”
