FIR, the show, finds a fan in singer Gurdas Maan

Last Friday was indeed a very happy day for the cast and crew of SAB TV’s FIR (Edit II Productions) as one of the biggest names from the Punjabi film industry Gurdas Maan walked in the set of the above show and praised the entire cast and crew. Yes, the folk singer was shooting for his Punjabi film in the same studio as the FIR team. Hence, when he learnt about the FIR team shooting at the same venue he walked up to them. The team was ecstatic to see this legendary man come down to their set. Gurdas also went on to express his fondness for this comic show. Actor Sandeep Aanand better known as Billu confirmed the happening and said, “Yes, I was extremely happy to see him on the sets as I was meeting him after 20 years. Last I had seen him during one of his concerts in Punjab when I was just six or seven years old.” He further went on to add, “He entered the sets and said that he is a huge fan of our show.” Sandeep was overwhelmed to hear these words from Maanji as he averred, “I used to actually run and go to watch his concerts while I was still a kid in Punjab and when that man tells you he watches you every day, it’s absolutely amazing.” Keep up the good work team FIR.
