Vishal Singh, who is seen in Saath Nibhana Saathiya on Star Plus, is all excited about his hosting stint for Star Plus’ Diwali special sequence… STAR Diwali - Har Chehre Par Muskaan which will air from 5 to 9 November at 7.30pm. He shared the mike with Utkarsha Naik, seen as Manorama in Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon. “I am so very excited. This is the first time that I am anchoring and it was a wonderful experience doing the same. It is so very different from acting; we have to be all the more spontaneous. It was an all together a different feeling anchoring along with Utkarshaji. She is very supportive and extremely versatile,” Vishal shared. Furthermore, he averred, “As an actor, I would like to do roles which are of my age… and would love to enact romantic scenes on screen, before I really become old. I know it for sure that when I age and reach my 30s, I will have to play the husband.” Vishal continued, “Talking about my current show… Saath Nibhana Saathiya, I am enjoying being part of it both on the personal as well as professional front. I and Rucha (Hasabnis) are good friends while Devoleena (Bhattacharjee) is also very sweet; we enjoy a lot and are like one small family.” Talking about his personal life, Vishal observed, “I am happily single and wish to remain so as of now, because I want to focus on my career. When I am not shooting, I love to sketch and paint. Although I don’t get time, but yes I do squeeze out some time for my hobbies. I love watching movies as well.” All the best…Vishal!!!
