An innocent Bhide is in trouble in SAB TV's Taarak Mehta...

Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah (Neela Telefilms) beautifully mirrors the heart and soul of an urban Cooperative Housing Society in a comic manner. The ongoing track on the series is on tuition teachers discriminating between their offspring and other students. You just saw the students of Gokuldham Co-Operative Housing Society felicitating Aatmaram Tukaram Bhide (Mandar Chandwadkar) for helping the students to pass their exams with flying colours. In tonight’s preview (which aired yesterday) you saw Jethalal Champaklal Gada (Dilip Joshi) giving Bhide the tag of the demon Ravana as he holds him responsible for partiality. He is peeved as he thinks that Bhide sent his daughter Sonu to Khote Classes, which is a reputed tutorial class whereas the other students of the society studied in his class. In the upcoming episodes, you will see Jethalal going to Khote Classes to confirm the truth only to get to know that Sonu indeed studied there. In the morning the neighbours will get ready to confront him. When he won’t answer their calls, they will go over to his house to find the door locked. This will make them jump to the conclusion that he is indeed a cheater who has fled as he is guilty. In reality, he has gone to a temple to pray. All the neighbours go to Khote Classes to unravel the truth. The owner asserts that he isn’t answerable to them as just Bhide’s daughter Sonu had joined his class and not the kids of the parents who are irked with Bhide. The truth is that Bhide had never ever sent his daughter to Khote Classes. The cunning owner of Khote Classes has made a false claim that Sonu was in his class, as he felt that would upgrade the status of his coaching class thereby helping his business to flourish. He clandestinely deposits Rs 50,000 in Bhide’s account and threatens him that if he reveals the truth, he will make matters even worse for him. Bhide’s family already knows that he is innocent but the neighbours are yet to come to know that he is honest. We called Mandar who explained, “As Bhide hails from a middle class family, he will be intimidated to rise up and fight against the owner as he feels that he will not only lose the battle but he being vindictive will harm his daughter too.” Our source added that a petrified Bhide will escape to his hometown Ratnagiri. The source promised us quite a climax. We surely expect Bhide to be revealed as innocent and the guilty man to get his due punishment. This is after all a delightful comedy, in which a positive character like Bhide will be ethical and honest.
