King Uday to renew his marriage vows with Jayantabai in Sony TV's Maharana Pratap

The epic historical saga of Sony Entertainment Television’s Bharat Ka Veer Putra- Maharana Pratap (Contiloe Productions) is all geared to witness some romantic moments in the show when the mighty king Uday Singh (Shakti Anand) will renew his marriage vows with his first wife, Jayantabai (Rajshri Thakur) on the occasion of their 15th marriage anniversary. As already seen by the viewers King Uday Singh had vowed never to see Jayantabai’s face when she had blamed his third wife, queen Bhatiyani (Aashka Goradia) of plotting to kill young Pratap (Faisal Khan). Bhatiyani very smartly manipulated Uday Singh making him take the unfortunate oath. Now with preparations rife of Pratap being crowned the successor, the young prince will decide to bring his parents back together. Pratap will call both of them in the temple on the auspicious occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi and ask them to get back together. The shocked couple will be in a confused state, but with their whole countrymen around, they will decide not to let their differences become public and go with the situation. But as Uday Singh starts reminiscing about the vows he took 15 years back, he will realise his mistake of drifting away from his first wife. We called up Rajshri who confirmed the sequence and added, “This restitution of the marriage vows will bring the couple closer. Uday Singh will realise that he was wrong to take the vow of not seeing Jayantabai’s face ever. He will decide to start afresh with her.
