Tellychakkar.com has been exclusively reporting about Raakesh Paswan’s upcoming show on Shagun TV. The show titled Draupadi coming from Village Boy Productions will see the likes of Ali Hassan, Shahbaaz Khan, Gajendra Chauhan and Mitali Nag in pivotal roles.
We now hear that experienced actor Manish Goel, who has been seen in episodics of late, has been offered the role of Arjun in this mythological, that will be seen from the perspective of Draupadi.
A source says that Manish has been a strong contender to portray the powerful role of Arjun because of the ease in which he talks Sanskrit. For the uninitiated, Manish who was earlier the host of Star Plus’ Mahayatra has a great hold and fluency in Sanskrit language. Also, his experience as an actor will add on to the show’s uniqueness.
When contacted, Manish told Tellychakkar.com, “Yes, it is true that the makers want to me to essay the role of Arjun for this mythological show. It will indeed be an enriching experience for me, as I have never been part of a mytho in my 10 long years of acting. Having said this, we have not finalized on things and talks are presently on. So I really do not know whether I will be on board. Here’s hoping for the best.”
We hope you bag this interesting and challenging project, Manish.
