Neha Gehlot bags Sony TV's Desh Ki Beti Nandini and Shapath

The beautiful and stunning Neha Gehlot who essays the role of Shoorpanaka in Life OK’s Devon Ke Dev… Mahadev has bagged a pivotal role in Sony Entertainment Television’s upcoming show titled Desh Ki Beti Nandini. The show produced by Rashmi Sharma Productions, makers of the successful shows that are presently on air Saath Nibhana Saathiya on Star Plus and Sasural Simar Ka on Colors, will be loosely based on the life story of politician Sonia Gandhi, as per our sources. The same source further adds that Neha has been roped in to play the role of the male lead’s sister, who is married and still holds a keen interest in politics as she has been born and brought up in a political family. Desh Ki Beti Nandini is slated for a mid-September launch on Sony TV. In addition to this, Neha will also be seen in an episodic of Hum Ne Li Hai… Shapath on Life OK. We now hear that Neha Gehlot will go on to play an important role in the same story. Kishwer the tarot card reader will pull out three zodiac warriors from her pack of cards namely Taurus, Lion and Scorpio. These warriors will go on to create a major destruction, and the cops will have a tough task in stopping them. Neha will play the role of Taurus, a female who is skillful with powers and is destructive in nature. When contacted, Neha said, “Yes, presently I am working on my look for this role of Taurus in Shapath. We will be starting shoot very soon.” On her other show for Sony TV, Neha confirmed that she is part of the show, but did not want to get into details.
