Pooran Kiri to play an important role in Sony TV's Yudh

Sony Entertainment Television will soon bring together prominent names of the Bollywood industry such as Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Kay Kay Menon, Sarika and Tigmanshu Dhulia along with the Shehensha of Bollywood, Amitabh Bachchan for its latest presentation Yudh which is speculated to go on air in the month of July. We now hear that the creative team of Yudh which is based on corporate crime has roped in talented actor Pooran Kiri as a part of its show. He will essay the role of a cop in the show. Prior to this Pooran was seen in approximately 45 episodics of Life OK’s Savdhan India as a cop. Also he has featured in cameo roles in mythological show, Devon Ke Dev…Mahadev and Star Plus’ show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai amongst others. We contacted Pooran Kiri for confirming the same. He stated, “It is too early to talk about anything related to the show right now.” However, our source informed us that Pooran is overwhelmed to be a part of the project and feels blessed to share screen presence with some of the biggest and most talented individuals of the Bollywood fraternity.
