While some like painting, others are into reading, writing and some are into music and arts. And now meet actor Puneet Sachdev, whose hobby is wild life photography though he is an actor by profession. Puneet, who was seen in many serials like Kasauti Zindagi Kay, Bidaai and Bhabhi among many more, is at the moment enjoying his life and is awaiting some good projects to come his way. More than that, he is busy capturing the wildlife of India. Shares Puneet, “While living my life as an actor, I realised that my true calling is in the wild. I feel for jungles and the satisfaction that I derive when I spend my time in the midst of the greenery, is just awesome and mind blowing. I can feel the silence that engulfs me while watching the tigers, the lions, deer, the birds and other beautiful creations that comprise the wildlife. That is why I have taken this step to be attached to something that gives me internal satisfaction and immerse my life to do something for the wildlife of our country.” He continues, “Furthermore, I have done a lot of research on various National Parks like the Corbett National Park, Ranthambore, Bandhavgarh, Tadoba, Pench wildlife sanctuaries among others. My favourite is the Corbett Park because of the extensive area it covers. Besides, it has an extremely beautiful appeal too. “Furthermore, I am an avid rider too. I have ridden on my bullet to quite a few national parks; my last ride being 3000 kms away at the Bandhavgarh National Park. And my experience was so intriguing and beautiful that I can write a book on it. My next expedition will be to explore the snow leopards of Leh and Ladakh as the area is considered to be one of the most exotic locations of India. It’s truly, a photographer’s delight to be there,” he ends. Way to go photographer-rider!!!
