After waiting endlessly for Saas Bina Sasural 2, that might not happen eventually, Ravi Dubey is trying his best to get into films. This good looking actor, who was last seen shaking a leg with his soon-to-be wife Sargun Mehta in Nach Baliye 5, confirmed the same.“Yes, there is some truth to this news, but I can’t talk more on it,” he quipped. Besides films, Ravi also disclosed that he might have something to do on the idiot box as well (this too he didn’t disclose). Talking about both the mediums the actor said, “The recent success of small screen stars moving over to the tinsel town, have made both the mediums a seamless one. Today films need promotion both in fiction and non-fiction formats. Till a while ago it was tough for a TV actor to cross over to films but that has become easier now and now we have many actors who are successfully making their presence felt in both the mediums.” At the same time, Ravi refused to comment on why certain TV stars refuse to do small screen assignments once they get into films. “It is a personal call and many times you just don’t get dates. Talking of me, I will definitely do TV when I get a break from my film schedule,” the actor maintained. So brother, if what you say is correct, your first preference definitely appears to be films, right? One more TV star lost to Bollywood!!!
