Rubina Dilaik and Avinash Sachdev, the hit jodi of Zee TV’s Choti Bahu are all set to embark on yet another eventful tour abroad. After amassing applause in plenty in Trinidad and Tobago where they performed recently, the pair will now perform at the special events to be held for Navratri and Diwali in LA and New York. Talking about it, Rubina states, “I am now preoccupied with the shows that I had committed to long back. Avinash and I will be performing at events in LA and New York. Recently we had been to Trinidad and Tobago to perform and you will not believe, we got an amazing response out there. It is phenomenal to watch people who do not understand Hindi and follow Choti Bahu only through subtitles to shower so much of love on us. The place we performed in Trinidad was jam-packed with more than 7000 people. It’s nice to see people over there bonding so much with Choti Bahu. They connect to us as Dev and Radhika. It was so nice to see people who seek autographs telling Avinash that he needs to take care of Rubina all his life (smiles). I sincerely respect the bond they have with us.” On taking up new projects on television, Rubina tells us, “Well, as I told you, I am preoccupied till the end of November with these events. Once I get back to India, I will have to look for something new.”
