Amul Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li'l Champs on Zee TV, India's No. 1 non-fiction show across GEC's this year, has blown audiences away with its mind-blowing talent. With the competition getting tougher, the tiny singing prodigies have been pushing their boundaries and flooring the jury, mentors and audiences alike with their soulful performances week after week. This Sunday, 25th June at 9 PM in the ‘Eid Special’ episode, the Bollywood music composer duo Sajid-Wajid join the Top 8 Li’l Champs and will be seen having a ball with the kids and witnessing some phenomenal performances!

While all the contestants gave some mind-boggling performances, it was Li’l Champ Riya Biswas from Kolkata who stole music composer Sajid Khan’s heart with her marvellous performance on the song ‘Mere Maula Karam Ho’. Touched by her performance, Sajid was literally transported into another world. And that wasn’t all, the music wizard gave Riya his taveez to protect her always. Sharing his experience, Sajid said, “I was completely swept away by Riya’s performance. The child’s angelic voice took me away someplace else. When I was judging the previous season of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa I gave my taveez away to one of the contestants Tanvi who stole my heart with her performance. I wanted God to protect her rare talent so that no one could bring her down. Seeing this gesture of mine, one of the show’s fans sent me her taveez and said that if you gave your taveez to protect someone else, who will protect you?”. Sajid immediately took off the amulet he was wearing and placed it around Riya’s neck and added, “I would like to give this taveez to Riya so that it protects her and saves her from evil eyes”.

The Eid celebrations were doubled when the singing duo Sajid – Wajid joined the tiny singing prodigies to celebrate the auspicious occasion. The Li’l Champs performed songs which elevated the spirit of the festival and brought out the flavour of the culture. Contestant Yuman Ajin opened the show with her performance on the popular number ‘Ya Ali’ and treated everybody on the sets to an Eid Special Keer. Shreyan Bhattacharya sang ‘Surilee Ankhiyon Wale’ along with the talented jury member Suzzane. The father-son Jodi, Adnan and his father performed the Qawwali  ‘Aaye Tere Dar Par Deewana’ after which Li’l Champ Sonakshi Kar left everyone spellbound with her performance on ‘Allah Eh Ada’. Well, no Eid celebration is complete without the popular party number ‘Jhumme Ki Raat Hai’ and Li’l Champ Dhroon gave a scintillating performance to this hit song. Last but not the least, the episode reached its crescendo with Li’l Champ Shanmukhapriya’s superb performance on ‘Saiyonee’.
