Salil Ankola's former wife commits suicide

This is some real tragic news. Former Indian cricketer turned television actor Salil Ankola’s former wife, Parineeta allegedly committed suicide at her parent’s residence in Salisbury Park in Pune, on Sunday night. Parineeti, 46, was found hanging from the ceiling fan of her room at around 8 pm. A suicide note was also retrieved by the police from the room which revealed that she was fed up of the problems in her life. Senior police inspector Ram Pathare who is investigating the case was quoted saying that Parineeti appeared to be disturbed due to some problems. “A suicide note has been recovered from her residence, stating that she has committed suicide due to frustration. She has written in the note that no one should be held responsible for her death. There’s no mention of Salil Ankola.” It is believed that there was no one in the house when Parineeti committed suicide. Her dead body was discovered by her family members when they returned at 8 pm. Parineeti had been living with her parents after her divorce from Salil in 2011. Her 21-year old son and 16-year daughter were also living with her after she separated from Salil. We tried contacting Salil but despite repeated attempts Salil didn’t answer our call. We spoke to one of his colleagues from the industry, actress Achint Kaur. Achint who has acted with Salil in a few serials sounded shell-shocked. “I really don’t know what exactly must have prompted her to take this step. I was shocked when I read about it this morning.
