MUMBAI: The episode sees how Ishani stands besides Sid blaming herself for what happened to him. Juhi arrives and checks him. Asha tells her that some drunk men beat up Sid brutally and they made a chest tube to get blood out from his chest. Juhi sends Ishani away. Shashank arrives and gets shocked to see Sid’s condition. He had tears in his eyes and tried to see what happened to Sid. Juhi tells her that she knows Sid is very close to him but they need to focus on saving him right now so he needs to go. Sid’s mother arrives at the hospital and looks for him. The nurse doesn’t let her enter the room as Sid’s procedure has begun. Juhi takes Sid out on a stretcher to take him to the OT. She asks Asha to inform Shashank that they will have to perform a surgery on Sid. Sid’s mother hears Shashank’s name and freezes.

As Juhi gets ready for the surgery she sees Ishani in the OT. Ishani insists to let her assist on the surgery but Juhi sees that she is acting out of emotion so she sends her out. Ishani goes outside and prays to Lord Ganesh’s idol in the hospital. She expresses that she never approached him before this moment ever in her life but today she begs him to save Sid’s life. Asha cries while hugging Sid’s mother while Shashank sits sobbing in his cabin. The hospital’s staff read namaz and pray for Sid’s recovery. Ishani goes to Shashank crying and blaming herself for Sid’s condition. Juhi checks Sid’s brain scans. Rishabh and Vardhan look at Sid in the OT. Rishabh tells Vardhan that he doesn’t care if Sid lives or dies. Vardhan tells him that he is not fond of Sid and his ways but he hopes they save his life and walks away feeling disappointed with Rishabh. Rishabh’s father comes to talk to him about how Sid gave him more love than Rishabh ever did. Rishabh insults him and sends him away. 

Shashank consoles Ishani and asks her to stop crying and to join her team. Later, he enters the OT to assist on the surgery. Juhi tells him to leave as arguing with him is wasting her time. She promises that she will not let anything happen to Sid and asks him to have faith in her. Sid’s mother tells Ishani that she’s proud that Sid did all of this to save a girl’s honour. Ishani sees Shashank and goes to talk to him. Sid’s mother immediately leaves from there and hides behind a pillar in another corridor to avoid Shashank. Later, everyone gathers around the OT as its light turns off. Anjali asks about Sid to Ishani. She tells her that Juhi removed her out of the OT. After a long time, Juhi comes out of the OT with a blank expression on her face. Ishani feels devastated looking at her.
