Sony TV's Ekk Nayi Pehchaan completes 50 episodes

Ekk Nayi Pehchaan
Jay and Kinnari Mehta Productions launched a very different relationship tale of saas-bahu with Ekk Nayi Pehchaan on Sony Entertainment Television. And yesterday the show completed airing of 50 successful episodes. Firstly, a heartiest congratulations to the entire team for this achievement! Poonam Dhillon, who recently lost her elder brother, is currently in London with her family and Krystle, who is celebrating her birthday today (1 March), is on leave to spend some time with her family. The cast and crew thus did not celebrate on the sets but everyone is indeed happy and proud. We buzzed producer Jay Mehta who said with glee: “It is indeed a very happy feeling. And with the show doing well, we can just hope that soon it will be number one on Sony TV. Initially we were confident that with such an interesting concept, the show will definitely do well, but we did not expect such instant connect with the viewers. It’s a great feeling for the whole team.” As for the lead actor Karan Sharma, he said that he is yet to believe that they have completed 50 episodes. “It just seems like yesterday that we started shooting. It’s just the beginning and we will complete 5000 episodes for sure (laughs). The experience has been really good and I will want the audience to continue giving us love and appreciating our work.” We are sure the fans will do that.
