The Sony Entertainment Television historical drama has completed two glorious years today (28 May).

Faisal Khan, the young sensation made the show an iconic one with fans around the world falling in love with his performance. With the leap bringing Ssharad Malhotra as the face, the popularity of the show just grew tenfold!

The show apart from its admirable performances by every character is also known for its pacy storyline and picture perfect cinematography.

Today the team of the show got together and celebrated the achievement with a cake cutting ceremony and sharing some joy among each other.

Talking about the feat, Ssharad shared, “The two years have really passed like a breeze; smooth and swiftly.  It has been eight months since I have been part of the project and I must say it has been a superb journey. I must point out that every character has been perfectly fit in the story. The producers have been a fantastic support and of course the media. I want to take the opportunity and thank each one for loving us so much!”

Producer Abhimanyu Singh said, “We are fortunate to have dedicated past two years to tell the story of great Maharana Pratap our beloved freedom fighter who dedicated his life for the freedom of our country. This journey would have been impossible without the hard work of our creative and production team.
