Speculation is rife that Shah Rukh Khan is not only producing but he’ll also act and do the voice over for the sequel to Fauji, a show that marked the arrival of the actor two decades ago.
As per reports, King Khan will play father to Abhimanyu Singh, the very same character which he played earlier. Khan will not be graying his hair. He’ll be the one who inspires Abhimanyu Singh.
TV actor Pulkit Samrat, who’s maintained a low profile post his spat with TV Czarina, Ekta Kapoor, is tipped to play the role of Abhimanyu Singh.

When contacted, Samrat said, “It’s too early to talk about anything. Nothing is confirmed. I’ve just had a casual meeting with the guys.”
Tiger, son of Jackie Shroff, too was offered a pivotal role but the 18-year-old refused it.
Fauji 2 is slated to launch in 2010 and will air on Colors.
Bhavna Shrestha, Creative Head, Red Chillies Idiot Box remained unavailable for confirmation.
