MUMBAI: Nach Baliye season 9 is delivering just what was expected: CONTROVERSIES!

The dance-based reality show has managed to live up to the hype it created before its launch. The participants are a mix of former and present couples.

Ex-flames Urvashi Dholakia and Anuj Sachdeva have been eliminated from the show. They were in the bottom two along with Madhurima Tuli and Vishal Aditya Singh.

Madhurima and Vishal’s equation has given the show a lot of masala and high points.

After the elimination, Urvashi, in an interview with a leading newspaper, stated that Nach Baliye has become a dramatical show instead of a dance reality show. She also went ahead to state that she and Anuj are mature and can’t fight like teenagers on the show.

Urvashi’s comment didn’t go down well with Madhurima, who said to a leading media portal, 'Honestly, it’s a competition, and somebody has to win and somebody has to lose. I think you take whatever the judges have given to you respectfully as a decision and not dig out these things and make an issue out of it. At this point, all I can say is you cannot accept defeat. If we would have lost, I don’t think we would have ever done anything like this. We would have respected and supported the decision.'

She added, 'I didn't know that she had issues with me. We had a very cordial relationship and did not talk much. Vishal is a great friend of Urvashi, and if she's still doing this, I don't know if they are real friends. I think she has an issue with me rather than Vishal if they are great friends. So I feel she has been pointing at me. I never fought on stage. It's Vishal who always fights on stage, and it's Vishal who created controversy. So I should not be the one to be blamed at all.'

Madhurima’s comments on Urvashi invited the response of the latter’s sons Kshitij and Sagar.
