Actor Suchitra Bandekar, who was last seen in Rajshri Productions’ Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara (Star Plus), is now making an appearance in Rajshri’s latest show Mere Rang Mein Rangne Waali on Life OK. Suchitra, who has been a Rajshri loyalist recently said, “I have been working with this production house for some time now and have worked in three of their shows. Every time I work with this production house I feel like coming back to my home. It’s just that I feel very safe here. The work environment at Rajshri is wonderful”. Talking about her role in the show, Suchitra commented, “In this serial I am playing the role of Alok Nath’s sister and LD’s (Samridh) bua-daadi, who is very authoritative in nature. She is physically disabled as she cannot walk, and has to be on a wheelchair. Naturally her physical constraint sometimes makes her even more commanding in nature”. When we asked her reaction in the show after knowing about LD’s reckless act, she commented, “How will a granny react after she gets to know about her grandson’s reckless behavior, where he ends up accidentally marrying a girl, Radha (Pranali Ghogare)? Even my reaction will be the same. I will definitely not be very happy with it”. Talking about the show, she added, “The show is with a different yet simple storyline. The simplicity that Rajshri portrays is loved by all.” Before signing off the actor also added that some day in the near future she would love to act in one of the Rajshri films. Even we hope to see this talented actor soon on the big screen.
