MUMBAI: In the episode, Ruhi panics and tells everyone that they need to tell Karan and Sudha the truth. Ishita sends everyone out of the room and Raman calms Ruhi down. They ask her to stay calm until they find a solution. Omprakash and Vishwa get worried about Ruhi and decide to do something to solve the problem. Romy asks them to consult Ishita and Raman before going ahead with anything as they might’ve taken the decision rationally. Omprakash tells Vishwa that they’re elders and maybe if they talk to Sudha they can make her understand. They ignore Romy’s advice as they think he’s not understanding the situation. Meanwhile, Sudha decides to gift Ruhi another lehenga that will match her necklace as Romy already gifted the one that she had booked. Omprakash calls Sudha and she tells Karan that she’s going to the Bhalla house to get Ruhi’s necklace back. Omprakash and Vishwa think that Sudha knows about Ruhi’s condition and is coming here to call off the wedding. They decide to approach her and convince her.

Appa says Raman and Ruhi gave much love to Ishita, Ruhi made her Ishimaa. Mr. Bhalla says Ruhi is just like Ishita, she saved Ishita from taunts but she can’t tolerate this, don’t break the marriage. Sudha asks what, Ruhi can’t conceive a child, and you didn’t think to tell us. Mr. Bhalla says Ruhi told you about it, right. Romi takes care of baby Adi. Ruhi comes. She says I won’t be able to play with my own child like this. Romi says me understand your problem, you are not a bad person, its not necessary that you give birth to a child to raise him, Mihika loved Adi as her own son, Sahagun gave you birth, Ishita raised you, everyone calls you Ishimaa’s daughter.

Karan says we will go home and talk. He asks Ruhi to wait, he will call her. Karan and Sudha leave. Ruhi cries. Ishita says sorry. Romi asks why did you tell them. Mr. Bhalla says we thought Ruhi told them. Everyone consoles Ruhi. Shagun says I wish I could fix this. Mr. Bhalla and Appa says sorry. Ruhi says I was afraid that they will know the truth, their anger is justified, we can’t do anything if they want to break the marriage. Shagun says we will talk to Sudha. Raman says yes, we all will go. Ishita says I feel just Shagun and I shall go to her, if Karan really loves Ruhi, he will convince his mom. Mani says we know how much Karan loves you, just trust your love. Ruhi says no use, it’s over. Raman says don’t worry, everything will be fine.

Meanwhile, Karan tries to explain to Sudha that he loves Ruhi regardless of her infertility. He tells her that he needs Ruhi in his life. Sudha gets emotional and tells him that she has already lost Rohan and she wants her legacy to continue. She considers Karan to be her last hope. She gets worried about who will handle the business and everything else after them. Karan tries to make her understand the pain that Ruhi must be going through as she loves children herself. He tells her that he cannot abandon Ruhi just because she cannot conceive. Sudha stands there traumatized listening to Karan.
