MUMBAI: The episode starts with Naira rushing to her room after serving the guests during Gayu's 'Mooh Dikhayi' ceremony to get ready for her professional work. She bumps into Dadi, who makes several attempts to dissuade her from stepping out of the house. Naira, who has always done her duties as the daughter-in-law of the house, politely puts her views across to Dadi and leaves to attend the meeting scheduled with the Royals.

Meanwhile, Kartik gets mischievous by ringing the fire alarm bell in the resort where the meeting gets scheduled to ensure it gets delayed. But he fails in his attempt as the Royals decide to postpone the meeting.

Naira reaches the venue when the Royals exit. Kartik asks Naira what made her get late, but she refuses to blame Dadi for the delay. Kartik understands her situation and encourages her to face Mihir Kapoor and face the consequences.

Mihir Kapoor, a no-nonsense person, tells Naira that she is talented but unprofessional. Naira gives no lame excuse and admits she went wrong by turning up late. Mihir appreciates her honesty and gives her a chance to prove that she is committed about her work.

He asks her to prepare designs for the Royals as per their specifications and expects her to surrender her phone to prevent distractions.

Before handing over the phone to Mihir, Naira sends a message to Kartik stating that she would be late and would call him after completing her work. Naira continues to do her work even after everyone else leaves in the evening. She sits all alone in Mihir's cabin to complete the task in hand.
