MUMBAI: The episode begins with the Singhanias and the Goenkas getting shocked to see Naira standing in front of them. Later, Bhabhi Maa slaps her while Kartik unravels a dark secret from the past. While Kairav was being operated, Naira finds solace in Kartik’s arms. Suhasini prays to God for Kairav’s well-being and imagines him play with her. She wishes to bring her grandson home and take care of him. As her daydream ends, she breaks down and Manish consoles her. The doctor had earlier told Naira that they needed to order a rare injection, which they might need while they operate Kairav. Seeing Kairav’s critical condition, the doctors plan to inject him the medicine, however, accidentally, the doctor drops the bottle of the medicine.

The team of doctors panic, as they urgently needed the medicine to save Kairav’s life. Naira and Kartik wishes for Kairav’s speedy recovery. Naira sees the doctors while they were preparing the injection and tells Kartik that Dr. Pallavi had told her that it was a lifesaving medicine. Dr. Pallavi comes out and tells Kartik and Naira to arrange for another bottle of the medicine. The Goenkas see Kartik and Naira rush and Kartik tells them that the injection was destroyed and that they needed to arrange for another one. They both run and start looking for the injection frantically. Naksh, Akhil and Manish also connect with few of their contacts and try to arrange for the medicine.

Meanwhile, the doctors try some other alternative to save Kairav’s life. Naira and Kartik hop hospitals and look for the injection. A doctor tells Naira that there was a child’s hospital in Shastri Nagar and tells her to look for the injection there. After reaching the hospital, Kartik comes to know that the last piece of injection was given to a couple who needed the injection for their child. Naira requests the couple to give her the injection, as their child had time in his hand when he could be operated while Kairav was in dire need of it. The couple hesitated and tells Naira that they needed the injection to save their child’s life.

Naira pleads the couple and Kartik joins her to convince the couple to give them the injection, as Kairav needed it immediately. Seeing the situation, the couple agrees to give Naira and Kartik the injection and they promise to bring the medicine that they had ordered to them as soon as they get. They both cross the hurdles and rush to the hospital to give the injection to Dr. Pallavi. Kairav’s condition was sinking and the doctors wish that Naira and Kartik come soon with the drug. Here, inside the operation theatre, the surgeon tells the doctor that without the injection, they cannot do anything.
