MUMBAI: The episode begins with Mishti waiting for her doctor's appointment at City Street Hospital. Meenakshi too arrives at the same hospital. After a while, the doctor calls Mishti for her checkup. She asks Jasmeet to wait for her outside. Meanwhile, Kuhu and Kunal are looking after the decoration of Abir’s Ganpati mandap. Kunal asks Kuhu to not create any scene here to embarrass them. A woman arrives and asks them for help with decorating a vase. Kuhu denies to help out of spite as she is angry about what Kunal said. Kunal picks up the flowers and goes to help. He stops and gets a message from the lawyer asking if he’s going according to their plan. He remembers that he has to behave well with Kuhu. Kuhu waits for him to turn around and look at him. As Kunal turns around, Kuhu feels happy.

Mishti finds the doctor a little odd as he checks her. Later, she finds out that it’s Abir disguised as the doctor. He tells her that he was feeling weird when she said that she dressed up for the doctor so he became the doctor! Later, Kunal apologises to Kuhu and asks her to help. Mishti and Abir share a romantic moment together. Kuhu is overjoyed because Kunal apologised. Later, Mishti sees Jasmeet looking for her. Abir and Mishti hide in one corner of the room. Both of them get really close and get immersed in each other’s eyes. Suddenly, Meenakshi walks into the same room. She doesn’t see them because they were behind a partition. She sees the room empty and goes out and realises that she entered the wrong room. Abir later realises that someone came in when hears Meenakshi close the door. Abir asks Mishti to come for the Ganpati celebrations. She hesitates but agrees eventually.

The nurse informs Meenakshi that visiting hours are over so she cannot meet the patient right now. She tries to persuade the nurse but she doesn’t agree. As Meenakshi leaves, Abir also leaves. They both stand across each other in the hallway but an emergency patient gets taken on a stretcher from there so they don’t notice each other. Abir accidentally collides into a doctor and his ID card falls down but he doesn’t realise. Meenakshi’s phone falls too and as she picks it up she sees the ID card. She picks it up and uses it to get to the patient. She doesn’t face the man but talks to him from behind a curtain. She tells him that he can only call her again once he signs these papers. She leaves the papers on his bed and leaves. Meanwhile, the DCP appreciates Abir for his Ganpati programme. All of them dance and celebrate. Later, Mishti talks to Kunal and asks him to focus on the positive. She asks him to not let her get in the way of him loving Kuhu. Kunal listens to her and then accuses her of saying the same sweet words to trap his brother. Mishti is left speechless.
