MUMBAI: Yeh Hai Mohabbatein has been entertaining audience for a long time. With its gripping narrative, the show has kept the audience hooked to the TV screens. However, the Divyanka Tripathi Dahiya (Ishita Bhalla) and Karan Patel (Raman Bhalla) starrer will soon say goodbye to the viewers.

According to the media reports, the show is all set to go off-air in December and will be replaced by its spin-off show titled, Yeh Hai Chahatein. Yeh Hai Chahatein will star Abrar Qazi and Sargun Kaur Luthra in the lead role and Parul Chauhan will be seen in a negative role. Now, according to a report in Pinkvilla, Divyanka and Karan aka your favourite Ishita and Raman will be introducing the new Jodi to the audience.

A source informed the portal, "Karan and Divyanka will be seen introducing the new couple to the audience as they bid adieu to their story, to be continued by their generations. The story will then be taken forward by the new cast. It is most likely to take the 10:30 PM time slot, replacing YHM. The story for the show has been reworked multiple times. Earlier, the story was supposed to be based on a mature relationship shared by the father of a teenager. However, with no takers for it, the story has been tweaked to suit the current generation. However, the final plot hasn't been divulged as yet."
