When Sushant spoke about his journey from being a background dancer to winning best actor

The Chhichhore actor was seen speaking about his journey in this throwback video.

MUMBAI: Sushant Singh Rajput started his career with television serials. His debut show was Star Plus's romantic drama Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil (2008), followed by an award-winning performance in Zee TV's popular soap opera Pavitra Rishta (2009–11). The actor made his film debut in Kai Po Che! (2013), for which he received a nomination for the Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut. He then starred in the romantic comedy Shuddh Desi Romance (2013) and as the titular detective in the action thriller Detective Byomkesh Bakshy! (2015). His highest-grossing releases came with a supporting role in the satire PK (2014), followed by the titular role in the sports biopic M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story (2016). For his performance in the latter, he received his first nomination for the Filmfare Award for Best Actor. Sushant went on to star in the commercially successful films Kedarnath (2018) and Chhichhore (2019). Apart from acting, he was actively involved in various programmes like Sushant4Education, as a part of efforts to help young students. In a shocking turn of events, he commited suicide day before yesterday at his home in Bandra, Mumbai.

Fans on social media have now shared this wonderful video of the actor where he was seen speaking about his journey right from being a background dancer to the lead dancer and later one of the best male leads in the industry.

In this throwback video floating around the internet, he reveals that in 2006 he was a background dancer, and in 2013, he got his first film Kai Po Che. And later in 2017, he was nominated for the Best Actor Male for MS Dhoni The Untold Story.

Well, this is indeed an inspiring journey of the actor and motivation for many of the rising stars in B-town.

Sushant Singh Rajput's forthcoming movie Dil Bechara, which also has Saif Ali Khan, was supposed to be released on 8th May but was postponed because of the lockdown. It may directly be released online.
