Tellychakkar.com has kept our readers updated on the latest happenings from Sony Pal. The soon to be launched channel will have mostly women centric shows.
One of the shows will be Tum Saath Ho Jab Apne produced by Sphere Origins. The plot will have a Muslim backdrop and the setting will be based in Lucknow.
We have already written about the serial’s leads namely Hasan Zaidi of Khotey Sikkhey fame and Barkha Bisht of Parvarrish.
Now we have the names of other actors who will be part of the show.
They are young actor Pallavi Gupta of Na Bole… 2, Khalid Siddiqui of Na Bole…1, child artist Rakshit Wahi (host of Boogie Woogie Kids Championship), veteran actor SM Zahir, Parull Chaudhry of Tere Mere Sapne fame and Amita Udgata currently seen in Doli Armaanon Ki.
Talking about their characters, SM Zahir will play the head of the family. Parull Chaudhry and Asif Sheikh will play a couple and they will have three kids – Rakshit Wahi, Divya and the eldest Pallavi Gupta.
Asif Sheikh will have a younger brother Khalid Siddiqui and his wife would be Barkha Bisht and daughter Ashnoor Kaur. There will also be a caretaker in the house which will be portrayed by Amita Udgata.
In the show Khalid will die and then the story will revolve around his daughter Ashnoor, who would have a dream of becoming a tennis player and Hasan Zaidi will play his coach.
We buzzed Khalid to know more on his character but he refused to comment.
Parull Chaudhry confirmed the news and shared, “Yes, I am a part of Tum Saath… and I play badi dulhan Nasima and my character will have grey shades. I belong to a rich family, so will be well dressed and have a good lifestyle. I will be overprotective about my husband Asif and kids.”
Other actors remained unavailable to comment.
