Robert Downey Jr.'s son charged with felony

Indio, the son of actor Robert Downey Jr., has been charged with felony possession of a controlled substance after he was arrested for cocaine possession in June. Indio Downey, 20, is currently in rehab. He was arrested 29 June and booked for cocaine possession but as a first time offender he is entitled to a drug diversion programme. The Iron Man 3 star's eldest child has also been charged with misdemeanour possession of drug paraphernalia, reports femalefirst.co.uk. Robert too battled drug addiction and was arrested numerous times in the 1990s on drug-related charges. (Source: IANS)
