I'd like to tattoo my mother or father's name on my body: Mrunal Jain

With Bigg Boss season 8 knocking on the doors, there are high chances of Colors’ long running show Uttaran facing the axe. However, all these speculations hardly bother the show’s prominent actor, Mrunal Jain aka Akash. “You and I have known that these rumours have been going on forever. And every time the off-air news hits we get an extension. So, looking at the past I’d call this a lucky sign.” Uttaran has seen many actors exiting in the last month hence; we asked if he too has any thoughts on moving out of the show to which he states, “My track is going well, apart from that the artists who moved out had their own reasons. Moreover, I cannot jeopardise a show and my producer’s interest. So many people must have auditioned for this role but I got it at the end and I value it. But all said and done everyone is right in his or her place. The artists who’ve left thought otherwise and I am sure I would have thought like them had I been in their shoes.” The actor is also a gifted photographer and he plans to it up seriously post Uttaran. “I plan to do a crash course in photography somewhere abroad but only once I get a break. Not many know but I’ve almost clicked every actor on the sets of Uttaran. In fact, I have also done Tina (Dutta) and Rashmi’s (Desai) portfolios,” confesses the artist. What about tattoos? Do you too want to get inked like your good friend Angad Hasija. “(Laughs) I have always asked him not to get inked too much but then he says it’s addictive. As far as I am concerned I am not too fond of tattoos but I’d like to get one with my mother or father’s name. However, I am not sure when I’d get that done though it is on my wish list.” We hope that day comes soon… Mrunal.
