Deepika visit Satyajit Ray's house in Kolkata

Bollywood diva Deepika Padukone, who is currently shooting for Piku in Kolkata, is making the maximum use of her free time in exploring the city which is known for its old world charm. The city has reportedly besotted the actress to no end and sources close to the actress reveal that she has been interacting with the locals to know more about the place. Her joy however knew no bounds when a crew member informed her that legendary filmmaker Satyajit Ray's house was located close by. Deepika immediately expressed her keenness at visiting the late filmmaker's house to understand how the creative director styled the interiors of his house. A close hand reveals, “Deepika believes that a house is a place which channelizes your energies and she was keen to see the place where the legendary director stayed.” Although Deepika did visit Satyajit Ray's house, she couldn't check the insides of it but ended up spending close to 15 minutes in the premises. The actress is also said to have clicked a few pictures there. Confirms Deepika’s spokesperson, "Deepika is shooting in Kolkata and visited Satyajit Ray’s house. Even though she did not get a chance to visit inside she was glad to see the premise.” We are sure had Satyajit Ray been alive he would have only been glad to receive such a beautiful visitor.
