I don't want my son Advait to let success get into his head - Gajra Kottary

Gajra Kottary's son, Advait Kottary
Eminent television writer Gajra Kottary's son, Advait Kottary is now taking his baby steps into the world of acting. Tall and handsome, this 24-year old engineering graduate quit a cushy corporate job to pursue a career in acting. "The acting bug bit Advait when he was away from home for five years," reveals mom Gajra and adds, "He discovered himself while he was away and realised that his true passion lies in acting." Once Advait was back in India, the young lad didn't waste much time in chasing his dreams. With the blessings of his mother, Advait soon enrolled himself for an acting course at Anupam Kher's acting institute to fine tune his skills. Soon enough an acting opportunity knocked his doors when mother Gajra started seeking actors for the trailer of her latest book, Once Upon A Star. Advait's chiseled good looks and intense eyes made him a perfect fit to play the role of a Bollywood superstar in the trailer. While Bollywood is yet to beckon Advait, the man has already started making his presence felt in television having done a few corporate films and episodes in the uber popular CID. Additionally, he has also been putting his cerebral side to good use by assisting his mom in writing. Says Gajra, "I want Advait to do things slowly but do them well. He is all of 24 and has age on his side. It is important for him to work hard. As a mother, I would only advice him to focus well and never let success get into his head. I have seen how many actors after tasting success lose touch with reality. They don't remain rooted anymore after turning successful. I don't want to see that attribute in my son." Well, with a mother like Gajra to guide him, we are sure Advait will always remain humble and rooted.
