Gaurav Chopraa roped in for Star Plus' Hotel

The classy and charismatic Gaurav Chopraa will soon be back on the small screen!! After enthralling viewers with his ‘Superman’ image as Raghuvendra Pratap Rathore in Colors’ Uttaran, the man will now essay one of the central characters in Star Plus’ upcoming finite series titled Hotel. The show produced by Sudhir Sharma’s Sunshine Productions, as reported exclusively by Tellychakkar.com will have Na Bole fame Aakanksha Singh as the female protagonist. A reliable source tells us, “Gaurav has been brought on board the show to play a very important character. He will be the central force behind the functioning of the hotel.” The finite series will have 4-5 predominant characters around whom the story will be woven, and Gaurav’s will hold a lot of prominence. When contacted, Gaurav said, “Well, I cannot actually comment on anything right now.” As reported by Tellychakkar.com, Gaurav was almost finalized (with just the paper work being pending) for Star Plus’ Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon season 2. He was supposed to play a business tycoon in the new track to open up in the show. However, the news coming in as of now is that Gaurav has chosen the upcoming Star Plus show, Hotel instead. We tried reaching out to Producer Sudhir Sharma, but could not get through to him. Hotel is supposed to replace Miditech India’s Airlines in February 2015. Watch this space for more exclusive updates.
