If Sanjay's parole request is granted, we will be very happy - Aamir Khan

Sanjay Dutt who is currently lodged in Yerwada Central Prison is reported to have applied for parole leave again. The request if granted will allow him to stay out of prison at a time when coincidentally his film PK is also releasing. This development has put a smile on Aamir Khan who would be more than happy to have his dear friend in his midst during the release of the film. When we asked Aamir if he has any plans of organising any special screening for Sanjay in the eventuality of him being released from prison on parole comes true, Aamir said, "Sanju is a very dear friend and is an important and integral part of the film. I also read that he has applied for leave. If it comes through we all will be very happy because it will be timed very well for all of us from an emotional point of view because he has been such an important part of the journey. It would be nice to have him with us purely for emotional reasons. I hope it works out." Aamir also said that he is not averse to playing a part in Sanjay Dutt's biopic which will be helmed by Raju Hirani. Shared Aamir, "Raju has not approached me yet to play a role. But if he does, I will be happy to be a part of it. I don't mind even assisting Raju on the same." Well, Sanjay is surely blessed to have such good friends in the industry, we have to say.
